Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage. After the returned item has been received, examined, and the damage has been confirmed, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
